MYSTERY NEW JERSEY DEATHS

Was murder the cause of death in four family estates?
Four men in my family died, all under mysterious circumstances, and all involving large amounts of money. Please contact me if you have any further information about any of the deaths. Two deaths occurred in Linden, New Jersey, one in Old Bridge, New Jersey, and one in Fairfax, Virginia. My father Joseph Wisniewski, Sr., died on January 10, 1989. My cousin, Richard Newbery, from Old Bridge, New Jersey, died on November 1, 2005. My brother, Joe Wisniewski, Jr., died in Fairfax, Virginia on August 9, 2006. My uncle, A. Leo Korona, died in Linden, New Jersey, in 1997.

The case, In the Matter of the Estate of Richard Newbery, is currently in the appellate court in New Jersey. Richard H. Greenberg, of the law firm of Greenberg & Schulman, located in Woodbridge, New Jersey, attempted to probate an unexecuted, unsigned will draft that was not dated, not notarized, not witnessed, and not read by Newbery, making his client, Linda A. Hilton, CPA, the sole heir to the Newbery estate. Linda A. Hilton extended her power of attorney to require Newbery to make her the sole heir to his estate, and hired Richard Greenberg to do this. Linda Hilton also extended her power of attorney to arrange to have Newbery cremated without any written authorization from Newbery.
Greenberg claimed that New Jersey statutes N.J.S.A. 3B:3-2 and 3B:3-3 were changed to allow unsigned wills to be probated. The surety bond from Selective Insurance Company of America and Linda A. Hilton are being represented by David Bloch from the law firm of L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P, located in Livingston, New Jersey. Greenberg lost a motion for summary disposition, and L'Abbate lost a motion to dismiss, a motion to strike the record, and a motion for attorney fees and costs. Details and documents to follow.
